Allen Hirsch is a painter, collector, writer, scholar, entrepreneur and dealer specializing in European Old Master paintings. His engagement with Old Masters is not merely commercial but deeply lived—shaped by decades of painting and collecting. He brings an artist's eye to collecting. He is currently authoring a book on Pieter de Hooch.
Hirsch has a distinguished career as a visual artist. His paintings have received awards and recognition and have been featured on the covers of TIME Magazine and are in important public and private collections.
